Exeter Private Game Reserve is part of the Sabi Sand, and thus has the same, excellent game viewing experiences that visitors to this Big 5 area have come to expect. The reserve also enjoys a mixed savanna habitat, which is dominated by acacia, combretum and marula trees. It is these well wooded areas that provide excellent conditions for leopard, bushbuck, and a number of bird species. In addition, there are rock outcrops, which support rock fig, and jacket plum trees.

There are three very distinct properties at Exeter, all of which are small, and intimate.
